the State Youth Jazz & Pop Choir Brandenburg "Young Voices Brandenburg" is pleased about your visit.

In the recent years this ensemble has established a firm place in the federal German promotion of young talent. Several singers study at prestigious music schools, sing at our "big brother" the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and tour around the world as professional singers. Our concept got around and the rush to get one of the coveted spots is huge. Brandenburg is full of talented voices and here you will find some of the best.
After a grand tour of South Africa in 2010, in 2011 we started with the production of the new album "ECHOES OF MOTOWN". On 3rd July we celebrated the premiere of the album at "Heimathafen Neukölln". Since the beginning of the year the camera team of RBB accompanied the group. Over more than a year our work is accompanied by the camera and will be shown in summer 2012 as a television movie. In March 2012 we received an invitation to go on tour in America. Sponsored by the Goethe Institute and the State of Brandenburg, we are looking forward to perform in New York, Chicago, Detroit , St. Louis and Kalamazoo.
Do not forget to visit the concerts of our singers, invest a little money in the current records "ECHOES OF MOTOWN", "VERTONT", "OBERHAMMERGAU" or "SING!" and keep your good taste.
